Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your ANGULO RETO PRODUTOS DE EMBALAGENS order, whether it is edge protectors, corrugated boxes, tape or stretch film. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Packaging materials must not have been used to pack or ship goods, written on, cut, or exposed to moisture.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Photos are helpful if the issue concerns the product.

We answer within 2 business days. Please do not ship items back before we send you return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item or size, contact us at [email protected] or +551142800857. Please include photos. We will resend the correct item or refund you.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
